Charter

To establish the requirements for third party, central certification programs for NDE personnel and QC technicians. The program features will be consistent with personnel certification best practices. The Committee will report to the Council on Standards and Certification during initial criteria and test development and may later be transferred to a new LLC Management Committee or the Board on Conformity Assessment (BCA).
