************************************************************ The B40 Standards Committee currently meets once a year in various locations throughout the United States. The meeting is generally held in March/April, and is open to the public. The B40 Subcommittees usually meet in conjunction with the B40 Standards Committee. The B40 Committees are comprised of experts in the field of pressure and temperature instruments. Members of the B40 Standards Committee are classified in the following interest classes: Producer/Manufactuer, Distributors, Regulatory, Services, General Interest, and User. The Committee works on writing new parts to the B40.100 and B40.200 Standards, and revising these B40 Standards. The B40 Standards Committee operates under procedures of the American National Standards Institute. ************************************************************
