Charter
The Resource Development Group (RDG) provides a committee environment for individuals seeking membership on a technical committee which is not yet prepared to endorse or accommodate their membership. 1. During their term of appointment, members of the RDG are expected to: a. Become acquainted with C&S Connect and the standards development process b. Contribute to the proceedings of the committee in which they are seeking membership c. Become recognized contributors to at least one committee other than an RDG with the goal of being appointed as a member of that committee. 2. Experienced committee members are encouraged to mentor RDG members. 3. Resource Development Group membership is limited to one term not exceeding 5 years.
